MSP AD UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:
NOTE: You will experience best results using an up-to-date
browser such as Netscape 6 or Internet Explorer 5 or above. If the
menu for selecting a publication date does not work in your browser,
continue with your upload and mention the intended publication date
in the comments field located on the upload page.
IMPORTANT: All ad files MUST be compressed for upload.
File the instructions in the checklist below, then visit mspcommunications.com/upload/
to transfer your files.
ONE FILE PER UPLOAD: Only one file may be uploaded at a time. All files must be compressed. See below.
PC USERS: Compress all files as a .ZIP archive using WinZip.
MAC USERS: All files must be compressed with "StuffIt",
Stuffed and BinHex'd. Never make a StuffIt file self-extracting if you are going
to upload it to MSP

FILE TRANSFER CHECKLIST:
1. INCLUDE ART FILES: All file links need to be included
with the final ad file. This means ALL placed and/or stored/embedded
images MUST be sent, including logos, photos, illustrations, maps, etc.
These files should be saved as TIFF or EPS files. The recommended
resolution is 300-450 DPI. Files save as GIF, JPG, or PICT are
low resolution and are not intended for print use.
2. INCLUDE FONTS: All fonts used in the ad MUST be sent with the file.
3. COMPOSITE PROOF REQUIRED: All electronic ads must be accompanied by
a hard copy composite print-out. Color proofs are necessary for four
color ads and should be sent to Ad Services with your files. If
no composite is provided, MSP cannot be responsible for the finished
ad.
